David Neseralla

President

David is the President of Dryden Capital and has been actively lending in California since 1987. He is responsible for overseeing loan origination and Investor relations. David is a creative problem solver, and understands loan structures that allow borrowers to close their loans while adequately protecting the lender. David has been designated as an expert witness in private lending and has been an active member in the California Mortgage Association since 1998. He received his California Real Estate Broker’s License in 1998 and California Finance Lender License in 2002. David holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Connecticut. He resides in Novato with his wife and two children.

Betsy Ross

Vice President

Betsy is responsible for day-to-day operations of Dryden, including overseeing investor relations, loan servicing and new programs. Prior to joining Dryden in 2011, Betsy had a 17-year career in commercial real estate investment and finance, including as a Founder and Principal of Capital Defeasance Group, LLC; Senior Vice President at Basin Street Properties; and Project Manager at Bristol Group, Inc. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Kenyon College and an MBA from Yale University. Betsy lives in Novato with her husband and three children.

Cindy Cantor

Servicing Manager

Cindy is responsible for loan servicing operations, including processing all borrower payments and investor remittances. Cindy monitors all loans to ensure that borrowers are in compliance with loan documents, and contacts borrowers with any issues regarding their loans. She is also responsible for year-end tax reporting to borrowers, investors and vendors. Cindy provides excellent customer service to Dryden’s borrowers and investors, working diligently to answer all inquiries in a timely manner. Prior to joining Dryden in 2011, Cindy worked for 15 years in the mortgage industry with an emphasis in processing and underwriting. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Managerial Economics from the University of California at Davis and lives in Novato with her husband and two children.
